作文：所占分值比例为15%，106.5分。听力占248.5分：3篇短篇，2篇长对话，3篇听力篇章，所占分值比例分别为7%，8%，20%。阅读理解占248.5分：该部分所占分值比例为35%，其中长篇阅读占10%，仔细阅读占25%。翻译占106.5分：所占分值比例为15%。

一次性通过四级的技巧：

单词是重中之重，单词量不够想要通过英语四级考试肯定会有困难，如果自己单词量太少一定要好好背单词，就算熟悉一遍也要背单词，实在不行可以在往年真题中总结高频词汇，背下来用到作文和翻译之中。时间不太够的话，只记四级必考词就可以。

听力只能是听了，在考前大量练习听力，基础不好就多做真题练习，在考前半个月的时候只练习真题听力。一篇材料至少听3遍，听不懂得听上5遍，直到听懂为止。在做题时，可以在旁边标注，或者练习跟读去听。

阅读速度最重要!有些同学阅读不仅做得快还做的正确，是因为平时注意阅读速度的训练，将阅读控制在一定时间范围内，然后去练习正确率和速度，通过大量练习，大家自己也能总结出阅读题做题技巧了。
