2021年12月英语考试已经结束，几家烟雨几家晴，对于我们而言，更重要的是总结有价值的经验教训，避免下次类似情况的发生。在刚刚结束的考试中，四级作文形式上有了一个创新，三套试卷中，有两套都是要求考生写一篇“proal”（提议/提案），很多同学拿到题目都有点懵。这期我们就来说一下写proal所要求的格式。

总体而言，提案的格式类似书信，包括称呼，正文和落款。

首先，我们来看称呼，对称呼而言，分两种情况来讨论：其一，已知收信人；其二，不知收信人。

知道收信人，我们可以用“Dear + ”，具体情况有：

（1）知道“姓名”：Dear Bob, / Dear Tom, / …

（2）知道“职位”：Dear Professor, / Dear Mar,/…

（3）知道“关系”：Dear Friends, / Dear Ctes, / …

一定注意的是不可以直接称呼“Dear Teacher”，因为“Teacher”代表不了一个人的职位。

如果不知道收信人是谁，称呼可用“Dear Sir or Madam, ”/ “To Whom It May Concern,”。

无论哪种情况，需要注意的是大小写和末尾的逗号都是格式所要求的，不能随意更改，且要顶格写，不能空格。对于2021年12月四级一套写作试题，我们可以看到

要求考生写一篇提案，但是也没有说具体的收信人是谁，所以这时我们可以使用“Dear Sir or Madam, ”或者“To Whom It May Concern,”。

称呼完成之后，接下来就可以着手写正文部分了，正文部分一般分成三段话，每段话首行缩进两个字符：段表明写作目的，第二段提案内容，第三段表示期待，希望我的提案能够被采纳，期待收到回信等等。

不要忘记，写提案还需要有落款，落款包括两方面的内容，行写敬语，写成“Sincerely yours, / Yours sincerely,”，写成“Yours，”没有问题，只是前者的表达看起来更高级一些，相应地获得高分的概率也更大一些；第二行写名字，同样是在这套试题中，我们可以看到名字没有明确给出，但是一定不能用本人的真实姓名，这时我们可以用“Li Ming”来代替。

对于落款部分，需要特别强调的是1. 敬语的个单词首字母要求大写且结尾使用逗号，2.“yours”中的“s”不可以省略，3.“Li Ming”首字母分别大写且中间留有空格，4.落款的部分靠右对齐，写在正文结束之后。这样，我们就有了如下格式：

一 、写作的过程

四级的写作，一般分为三个过程：构思、组织、表达。

引入法是观点论证型作文常用的一种方法。该方法开门见山地提出主题，并逐渐引出个人观点。可以这样写：

问题引入法是观点论证型和现象解释型作文最常用的一种方法。本方法以问句开篇，更引人入胜。可以这样写：

二.中间段怎么写

一般来讲，真正决定作文表达效果的还是中间段。为了紧扣题意，增强表达效果，中间段的写作可采用以下三种方法：

1.列举法

列举法是四级写作中常用的方法，一般用first, second等一系列标志词引出原因或者可能的影响等。可以这样写：

There may be a combination of factors which contribute to/are responsible for/can explain ______. 也许有一些因素造成/可以解释______。

2.对比法

对比法是指通过对比两种截然不同的观点来陈述其中的利弊，从而得出自己的结论。可以这样写：

3.举例法

所谓举例法，是指以恰当的事例来佐证自己的观点，例子应该典型、精炼。可以这样写：

From my ryday experience and observation I can list sral examples that defend the statement that ______. 根据我的日常经验和观察，我可以举出几个例子来证明______。

三.末段怎么写

末段一般是总结全文，照应题目，点明主旨，深化中心。简洁、有力的末段可以为文章锦上添花。末段的写作可尝试使用以下四种方法：

1.归纳总结法

归纳总结法指的是以文章前面的论述为依据，引出或重申文章的中心思想或结论。可以这样写：

To sum up, ______can benefit us tremendously if correctly used.总而言之，如果运用得当，______会让我们受益匪浅。

2.名言引用法

名言引用法是指引用古今中外名人的名言警句来证明论点。可以这样写：

The saying ______ has been widely accepted throughout the world. 名言______在世界范围内被普遍接受。

3.提出建议法

提出建议法是指对所讨论的问题提出建设性的意见或者解决问题的具体方法。可以这样写：

It might be time to hear the warnings of some economists.该是听听一些经济学家的的时候了。
